Reconstruction architecture and algorithms for 3-D volume visualization and navigation of scanned medical data
In this thesis addressed two issues in the viewing and interpretation for MR scans for the diagnosis of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC): one is segmentation and calculation of the tumor volume and the other is tracking of the head boundary.
