Description
Summary:Power Electronics is the project to supply electrical energy from a source to users. It is vital importance of all industrial branches and every family. Energy conversion technique is the main topic of power electronics and conversion technologies. The corresponding equipment can be divided into four groups: 1. AC/DC rectifiers; 2. DC/DC converters; 3. DC/AC inverters. 4. AC/DC/AC and AC/ AC converters; The objectives of this project are to develop advanced drive control systems in two aspects: DC/DC converters and DC/AC inverters. From recent report, the production of DC/DC converters occupies the largest percentage of the total turnover of all conversion equipment productions. DC/DC converters are fast developed. By an uncompleted statistics, there are more than 500 topologies of DC/DC converters existing. There are still many new topologies to be created year by year. It is a serious problem to treat the large number of DC/DC converters. The authors have primarily sorted these converters into six generations since 2000.
