Industrial attachment report : Panasonic Singapore Laboratories Pte Ltd

This report presents the implementation and optimisation of the encoder in order to achieve real-time. Based on a non-perceptual simple bit allocation model, the developed encoder is capable of running at 2.8 times faster than real-time.
