Flexible liquid crystal displays
This dissertation describes the fabrication of a plastic substrate for liquid crystal displays (LCDs). Polyimide film, with its transparent substrate, can be used to fabricate the liquid crystal cell. Plastic substrates enjoy such as flexibility, lightweight, bendable for display applications.
