Open-structure questionnaires, face-to-face interviews and phone interviews were conducted on eight working mothers; four working as full-time and two working as part-time. The overall aim of this research is to investigate on how working mothers perceived menopause and the methods they applied to help in managing menopause. It was found that these women perceived menopause negatively and three methods were used most commonly used to manage their menopausal symptoms.
