Deconvolutional filter design for image restoration

This thesis presents a novel blind image deconvolution (or restoration) system, which comprises a modified Maximum Likelihood (ML) blur identification, a Reduced Order Model (ROM) Kalman restoration filter and two post-restoration image improvement techniques.
