By looking at the social demographics of the Buddhist Youths, and how the leaders of a Buddhist Youth Group faces different types of challenges in recruiting new members, and keeping the commitment and interest of their members. We explore the different types of peripheral programs that they have invented to recruit new members and would also provide youths with not only skill sets, but also tools that they can assist in developing their youth groups, and ultimately, the Buddhist community as a whole.
