The results indicated that Performance Expectancy, Social Influence and Social Media were significantly related to gratification from feedback. Multitasking was found to be significantly related to job-career expectations with Vigorous type of CTI moderating this relationship. These results provide support for the increasing application of technologies in the workplace and explain how work and life habits of Generation Y have impacted their career expectations.
