This is a scientometric analysis and comparison between two educational institutes, namely National Institute of Education (NIE) which is from Singapore, and Ontario Institute of Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE/UT) which is from Ontario, Canada. The information pertaining to the publications of each of the institutions used in the Scientometric Measurements of both institutions were retrieved from the Web of Science, Web of Knowledge by Thomson Institute of Scientific Information (ISI), and were analyzed over a period of 10 years, from 1996 to 2005. Each of the years was analyzed separately for trends and patterns.
