This project deals with a real world dispatching problem concerning technicians, such as service/repair persons or equipment installers. The problem is to assign a set of jobs, at different locations with time windows, to a group of field technicians. The locations are to be grouped in order to dispatch the technicians. A program has been developed using K-Mean and Min-Max algorithm in VC++ to group the locations. To use the K-Mean algorithm, the clustering initialization has to be done by Max-Min algorithm.
