This project aims to develop an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) rating system to assess the performance and maturity level of the OSHMS established by contractors in the construction industry. The purpose of such a rating is to assist the construction companies improve their current management system by identifying the system's strengths and weaknesses as well as provide step-by-step guidance on the improvements needed. It also aims to assist auditors in their audit process as well as provide an indication to the property developers about the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards of the contractors tendering for their projects.
