Description
Summary:Modification to gold electrodes is performed using two kinds of materials, the carbon nanotube/polypyrrole composites and gold nanoparticles; electrical property of bare electrodes and modified electrodes are studied with cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance methods, scanning electron microscopy images of modification are also acquired. It is found that by modifying normal gold electrodes with nanomaterials, electrical property can be enhanced in different levels, which can be used in biosensor design and other applications.
