Description
Summary:The Object-Oriented (OO) approach to the development of complex software allows an intuitive and natural association of the entities in the system to the problem domain. This approach, however, suffers from a lack of well-defined methods for performing object identification. For certain problem domains (such as communication network protocols), object identification is even more difficult as these domains are more abstract and cannot be easily related to real-world objects.
