Tumour volume determination and three dimensional visualisation of head and neck cancers from clinical magnectic resonance images

In this study, an analytical framework including novel MRI segmentation algorithms and a three-dimensional (3-D) visualization platform is developed for the quantitative 3-D volumetric evaluation of head and neck turnours.
