Summary:The purpose of this project was to analyze the internal forces of a sailor's knee during hiking using kinematics and kinetic data. This is because the sailors who are at sail return with injuries most of the time. As a result, laser sailing is a difficult and dangerous sport especially in a long-distance solo event, The most common injuries include strain, sprain, contusions, lumbar spine, the knees and the shoulders. The correct etilogy of sailing injuries can be attributed to intrinsic and extrinsic factors.
