Description
Summary:A mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a network that composed of mobile hosts communicating with each other through wireless link. A MANET has no fixed backbone infrastructure and is not centrally controlled. Since MANET frequently changing network topology, there is a need for efficient dynamic routing protocols. Several ad hoc routing protocols such as Dynamic Source Routing (DSR), Ad Hoc On- Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing and Temporally-Ordered Routing Algorithm (TORA) have been proposed.
