This report is about my experience in the NTU industrial attachment program to the Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC) for the attachment period from January 2009to June 2009. The project assigned is a research project to solve the problem of robust scheduling of dependency constrained tasks. Included in the report is a general overview of the problem and how it was approached. The technologies used when working on the project was also covered. This report also covers skills and knowledge applied in the project.
