To be able to stay competitive in the global economy, companies in Singapore need to seek new market and growth opportunities outside of Singapore. China has what it takes. Having invested millions of dollars into China, companies need to send their most capable employees to manage their investment. Many of the earlier studies had indicated that without proper understanding of the determinants of success, most companies failed to motivate their employees to perform to expectation.
