Summary:User Interfaces have become an important area in the development of more user-friendly computer systems. The design of effective user interfaces is both an art and a science, coupled with a need to have a good understanding of human psychology. In keeping with this, the main focus of this project is on the methodological questions of developing an effective user interface.The project focusses on the design and evaluation of the Human Computer Interface(HCI) for an interactive multimedia information system called Maintainer Assistant(MA).The MA information system is designed to operate on a commercial off-the-shelf wearable computer.
