Various methods of resolving disputes as alternatives to litigation are described. Also some study reports involving Arbitration and Mediation in Singapore are included. From the results of case study reports, one could conclude that the settlement outside courts through a mediator or Dispute Review Board would save both parties a lot of legal expenses and time in resolving their disputes.
