This project explores the use of Digital Signal Processing to realize a more compact TTC Transponder through the use of innovative frequency planning and high performance Field Programmable Gate Arrays. It is shown that the carrier tracking functionality can be easily implemented in FPGA with minimal power and resource requirements.
