This report focuses on our experience and lessons learnt as we play the role of an external software vendor for My Drum School. The first part of the report will cover the background information about the project, and the rationale behind our decisions in the design and solution delivered to the client. The second part the report describes the user requirements and system specifications of the resulting product. We will like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our mentors Assistant Professor Chua Eng Huang and Professor S Viswanathan for their guidance on this project. We hope that this report will be useful to future students who might deal with project management or Information Technology management.
