Providing solution to client’s problems by developing a comprehensive IT administration system which fulfill client’s requirements and user-friendly for standard computer-user. In order to achieve our objective, we have conducted analysis on our client’s business in details. These business processes details thus set the boundaries that our system must work within MXP is a tuition centre for students ranging from Primary 1 to Junior College. It conducts several classes according to subject and level of education. Their classes are classified into two categories: regular classes which keep going every week and the workshops which only last for short period of time or certain number of sessions.
