Results showed guanxi was perceived as important in Taiwanese work context. Secondly, Taiwanese working women generally viewed guanxi in a positive light, and therefore, were likely to perceive guanxi as ethical. Lastly, guanxi could be unethical under certain circumstances, specifically, when corruption, yingchou, sexual transactions, and certain forms of gift-giving were involved.
