We will also dedicate a section for the evaluation of Workfare Training Support Scheme (WTS), which is a complementary programme of the WIS. All the hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regressions based on the parameter of data estimation collected from 66 non-self employed respondents we surveyed. We found that the result supports our hypotheses to some extent. This paper also includes some recommendations on how to help this target group more effectively, and it ends with acknowledgement of our limitations and strengths.
