Volcanic or Earthquake activity sometime emit gases and cause the surrounding temperature to rise, these gases and heat will affect the transmission signal of these devices, when the signal strength is weak or totally cut off, all the gathered data will be lost, and when the situation is getting better or back to normal, we will have an empty record for that period of time.In order to overcome these issues, we have thought of two possible solutions. Solution 1, we can use a RTOS specially design and build for wireless embedded system to control the transmission methods and techniques. But which RTOS is built for embedded system? Which RTOS has the capability to react to situations like we mentioned earlier? Which RTOS is able to work on our PSoC enabled device? We will need to do a feasibility research on all possible RTOS available in the market; otherwise, shall we create one RTOS ourselves?
