Description
Summary:In today‟s fast paced environment, we‟re compelled to use technology as forms of communications, as well as creating artworks. Radiation should be well avoided as much as possible as it is both stressful to the eyes and harmful for the body. It is essential for us to explore the benefits of traditions and values which should be preserved. The aim of my Final Year Project (FYP) is to create paper sculptures also known as Kirigami in Japanese, to abstain from as much usage of computers as possible. It is also a good beginning for becoming a master craftsman. Besides sculpting paper into magnificent architecture, I will also be researching on various techniques that can be used to make up the basic forms of Kirigami and explore the historical records of it before starting on my project.
