Description
Summary:Electric vehicles fully powered by battery (FEVs) are fast gaining popularity for the positive impacts that it can have on a society. Numerous research and studies are being done in many countries to improve the capabilities of FEVs such that it can have better performance than conventional vehicles. In order to have a greater understanding of the operations and characteristics of a FEV, a simulation study is being carried out in Matlab. The feasibility of using electric vehicles in a vehicle to grid system to reduce the amount of peak electrical demands in Singapore is being investigated in this report.
