The scope of the project included the exploration of possible workflows and methods in which such relighting work can be done, taking into consideration the comfort level photographers have with the use of studio lighting. In addition to the relighting aspect, three core components of photo editing and managing suite is also developed, in order to provide for an all-rounded software experience. In this report, the existing problem situation faced by photographers is first analysed and defined. Following which, solutions employed by photographers to mitigate the problem entrenched with poor or harshly lighted out door environments are explored and details. As light is an essential component of photography, this report also explores and compares various types of light sources and how they affect photographs.
