Perimeters within the train stations such as the station platform and adjoining concourse area are not included in this study. For physical data collection, face to face (FTF), Business Reply Service (BRS) and online (via emails) surveys are conducted to obtain respondents‟ views on pedestrian accessibility. They are conducted at six Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations. The stations are Bedok, Queenstown, Redhill, Ang Mo Kio, Chinese Garden and Boon Lay. A total of 585 survey data were collected. The surveys collected were classified into two main groups, the adult group and the pre-elderly and elderly group.
