The side effect of fossil fuel combustion for transportation has played a great role as the cause of global warming. This concern leads both consumer and industry to change their direction to the clean and green energy. One of the solutions that have been proposed in order to reduce the cause of global warming is Electric Vehicle. Most automotive manufactures plan to launch plug-in electric vehicles (EV) as future transportation which is cleaner and more efficient compared to the existing transportation system. In the future, EV will not only serve as transportation but it will also serve as the load that can store energy which can be sold back to grid to help utility to supply power during peak period. This Electric Vehicle Charging/Discharging Station (EVCDS) project is made in order to develop current EV station so that it may be able to meet the future EV requirement. Future EVCDS will enable users to charge and discharge their electric vehicle at specific time which will allow users to plan their electric bill cost. Global warming has become a major concern faced by the earth for these past few
years. The side effect of fossil fuel combustion for transportation has played a great role
as the cause of global warming. This concern leads both consumer and industry to
change their direction to the clean and green energy. One of the solutions that have been
proposed in order to reduce the cause of global warming is Electric Vehicle. Most
automotive manufactures plan to launch plug-in electric vehicles (EV) as future
transportation which is cleaner and more efficient compared to the existing
transportation system.
In the future, EV will not only serve as transportation but it will also serve as the load
that can store energy which can be sold back to grid to help utility to supply power
during peak period. This Electric Vehicle Charging/Discharging Station (EVCDS)
project is made in order to develop current EV station so that it may be able to meet the
future EV requirement. Future EVCDS will enable users to charge and discharge their
electric vehicle at specific time which will allow users to plan their electric bill cost. |
