This system serves as an online platform for each member of the 3 user groups to interact with each other, in order to collect the qualified manuscripts and publish them as a journal or textbook. The Dynamic Online Publication System was developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, under the ASP.NET3.5 Framework. The application codes are in the OOP language C# 2008. MySQL server was setup to host the databases. A number of assistant tools were also used to promote the efficiency. The website is currently deployed on a shared hosting server provided by APC.
