However due to the various changes in industrial practices, many things had been affected such as the structure of society, economy, environment and politics. All these in return lead to the evolution of cooperate social responsibility (CSR). This report will be focusing how the CSR evolutes due to industrial development. Both CSR and industrial development have an interlinked relationship, therefore it resulted in a system dynamics problem. As it is a system dynamics problem, this report will be using a program known as VENSIM to analyze how the industrial development propels the evolution of CSR. VENSIM will enable us to simulate the different scenarios between industrial development and CSR and allow us to obtain results. From the results, we are able to identify the main factors that resulted in the increase of awareness of CSR.
