Description
Summary:Recently thermoelectric materials have attracted more attentions because of their direct conversion of temperature differences to electric voltage. Antimony telluride (Sb2Te3) is one of the materials which have large thermoelectric effect. We successfully compounded Sb2Te3 by using polyol synthesis. The better conditions for the reaction are 220°C and adding with alkali and capping agent. XRD and SEM are used to test the samples and help me to improving my experiments.
