SDR4ALL based radar demonstration (Part 1)

Software Define Radio for ALL (SDR4ALL) is a link between theory and simulation. It allow researchers and student experiment implement and test their design in a real transmission and keep the simplicity of a high level programming language environment at the same time. It allow researchers and student experiment implement and test their design in a real transmission and keep the simplicity of a high level programming language environment at the same time. This objective is aim to implement a system that would have the capability that can receive, amplify, modulation/demodulation, sample the signal, and then passes the data to computer software. This project is mainly concerned about receiver board which can fit multi- antenna with a good receiving quality. A series of test had been down to ensure the working capability of the system, this system can receiver signal from 0 – 2GHz with a good quality. Four channels can be supported together with another transmission channel that allow the system perform as a radar system. In this report, process of building and the test data of the system are provided, after checking by the experiment outside, future recommendation has also been proposed.
