Summary:Video data is usually voluminous and it is desirable to be able to get a quick preview of the content before actually watching the original video or downloading it from the internet. This project is to construct a summarized video from the full length of the video. The main purpose is to achieve easy and fast browsing of video content. This method is also very useful especially for surveillance applications, user will be able to view and capture the events they desire in a relatively shorter time. If there are any clarifications that need to be made, the user can make reference to the original video at any time.
