Refractive index measurement of single living cell using a biophotonic chip
This thesis reports an biophotonic chip incorporating microfluics with micro-optical technologies. With it, the micro biochip can use for refractive index measurement of single living cell in real time, meanwhile providing high sensitivity and resolution.
