The effects of ground planes in modern electromagnetic applications
This thesis presents the study of the effects of ground plan geometries on the propagation, the coupling and radiation, and the scattering of electromagnetic waves. The effects are studied and demonstrated using various structures in different frequency bands in the electromagnetic spectrum.
