Automatic control and automation realization for IC molding machine
The aim of this project is to improve this process and to solve all the drawbacks caused by human being and hydraulic. In the thesis, the author presents the hardware and software design of the IC molding machine in detail and how to solve those critical and difficult potions during the project.
