Description
Summary:Web 3.0 is believed to be using intelligence agents to automate the process of sourcing and updating information. The motivation of this project is to recommend music to users by delivering a hassle-free music system that is able to automate the process of maintaining and refreshing playlists. It too focuses on cloud music to give user for more stability and accessibility. Today, many music applications or websites can only satisfy the basic needs of users. Because many users will still have to spend a lot of time and effort in updating their playlists with the songs he/she likes. More often than not, users are wasting their time to ponder and consider what songs to add into his/her playlists. Another motivation of uMusic is to curb piracy. It aims to get its users to enjoy music without infringing copyright laws or compromising their music experience. Hence, YouTube will be used to provide high quality music videos on uMusic website. Social integration into uMusic will too apply peer pressure on users to listen to music on uMusic as they get to share playlists with friends. Lastly, one focus of uMusic is mobility which means that uMusic users can get to access to their playlists and music anytime and anywhere. All the users need to access their music is a web browser and internet connection. It gives users the ease of accessing their music regardless of the platform they are using.
