In William Shakespeare's "Macbeth", the hero finds himself spiraling down a path carved by the malicious workings of Fate; his life plagued by a fatalistic sense of inevitability. This paper will explore, using Calvinism, the influence of pre-destiny and its agents on Macbeth.
