The report can be segmented into three sections. Firstly, the data collection for an Asian speech database is being presented which includes the equipment used, environment, and the speech parameters. Secondly, the discussion on the implementation of all require step in order to create a HTK Recognition System on the GUI. And finally, the implementation of a real-time speech recognition system is evaluated.
