總結:This project is aimed on the preparation of the binary and ternary composites of polyamide 66 (PA66), conductive carbon black (CCB) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) fabricated by a melt-mixing technique for micro fuel-cell application. Injection molding was used to form the composites into different sample shapes. The complimentary effect of CCB and MWCNTs at different compositions on DC and AC electrical properties of the ternary nanocomposites has been studied systematically. Besides, the electron conducting mechanisms of the binary and ternary composite systems were modeled using the equivalent electrical circuit analogy of a resister connected parallel to a capacitor. The mechanism behind this dramatic increment in the electrical conductivity of the ternary composites has been proposed. Finally, the formation of conductive network through the complementary effect between MWCNTs and CCB in the PA66 matrix has been explained based on not only the DC and AC electrical properties measured but also the field emission electron microscopic micrographs.
