The network implementations are experimental, such that discovered issues are handled progressively to achieve the optimal networked virtual environment. An ideal networked virtual environment in this case is defined as having all the cars in the simulator appear in the same position and orientation on all clients’ display outputs simultaneously. The result of the network implementation of this project is deemed to have achieved this purpose with negligible error in car positions.
