In recent years, surface wave methods have been introduced into geotechnical site investigation. However the reliability of the method for determining different soil structures is still unclear. This project focuses on the use of surface wave method in the identification of the different soil profiles. Two types of surface wave method, Continuous Surfaces Wave Test (CSW) and Spectral Analysis of Surface Wave Test (SASW) are discussed in the report.
