Summary:For satellite communications, as frequency increases, the effects of clouds on the signal strength can no longer be ignored. In order to study the effects of clouds on satellite communication links, one have to be able to track and monitor the movement of clouds.In this project, the main objective is to build the whole sky imager for daytime cloud monitoring system and study techniques to monitor and track the movement of clouds through picture taken from the WSI.
