Description
Summary:With Singapore’s government placing a heavy emphasis on the education of the younger generation, there has been an increase in children spending more time in schools after school hours for extra curriculum activities. As such, there is an increasing concern on the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) of primary schools in Singapore as primary schooling is the stage where the children’s immune systems are still developing. IAQ plays a huge role in affecting productivity, comfort and health in their learning environment. Many of such issues are still unclear as limited studies are done on the IAQ of primary schools in Singapore.
