The aim is to create an approach to allow for the Ministry and its stakeholders; to understand the factors of concern to their workers, which has been proven to have an indirect link to safe practices and behaviours at worksites. Extensive research has been conducted to gain insights of workplace safety and health strategies, risk management tools, cognition and emotion affecting thinking, behaviour and workplace safety design process.
