One key advantage of E-learning is that students and teachers do not need to be online at same time, yet the learning process can still proceed as per normal. This project aims to create web pages which input study materials for students’ self-learning purposes. After doing the research on some article on web design software tools in the market, Adobe Dreamweaver was chosen as the ideal software tool. The main reason for using this software is due to the fact that it is user-friendly, and therefore easy to use. This report will go through the detailed progress of this project from the start until the end. During this process, it will also include key analysis such as the concept behind building web pages and decision making. In the end, a simple E-learning web page with the concept and picture animation that has been elaborated upon within the thesis will be successfully carried out. Further recommendations include attempts to increase interaction between professors and students. Such plans can include the insertion of a web based video conferencing into web page so as to achieve real time interaction between two or more locations.
