Summary: | This report summarizes the student’s knowledge and experience gained during the commitment of the final year project, which is to develop a program based on Mathematica software to implement some signal processing functions to demonstrate some basic concept of signals and systems. In order to develop this Mathematica programming, it is required a good understanding in signal processing theory and acquire a high level proficiency in Mathematica programming to develop the function and user interface. The report aims to come out with a user interface with Mathematica software,
developing an e-learning purposes demonstration of the relationship between sounds
and theirs corresponding waves which represented in both time domain and
frequency domain. A piano keyboard with 72 keys is designed to make interaction
with user, the corresponding tone will be emitted and waveforms will be shown,
since that it can give users a better understanding about signal processing. |
